Fast Drying Top Coats...Too Good to be True?
According to Valeriia.com, fast drying nail polishes "...have a percentage of isopropyl alcohol (IPA)." IPA can cause nailpolish to dry fast but become flaky and peel quickly. A regular top coat that dries within 10 minutes works better and helps polish last longer.
